I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in downtown. It was so convenient because everything was within walking distance, I didn't even have to rely on taxis. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices to satisfy any craving. Plus, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I also loved the fact that they offered a coffee tour, where I learned so much about the coffee-making process and got to taste some incredible coffee.
One downside was that some snacks provided in the room were not complimentary, which was a bit disappointing.

The location of this hotel is truly stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and coffee farms. You can even pick your own coffee beans from the coffee trees on the grounds. The rooms are well-equipped, with Smart TVs and comfortable amenities. The service is attentive and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay special, recording our room for a birthday celebration. The breakfast, although a bit slow, was delicious and satisfying.
The coffee served at the hotel was too acidic for my taste.

Private facilities added to the first-class experience. the location provided serene views of the surrounding nature, including mountains and volcanoes. the service was professional, ensuring an exceptional stay. the swimming pool was breathtaking, adding to the ambiance of the venue.
One minor issue was the absence of the bar/lounge area on-site. However, the exceptional service and dining compensate for this minor issue.

Located in downtown, the hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the area. However, it seems that there are no taxis available in the vicinity. The hotel provides an excellent introduction to the coffee production business, with a beautiful coffee plantation and a good restaurant serving Guatemalan food and juices. The tour of the plantation is highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts. Additionally, the nearby town of Antigua is described as beautiful and vibrant.
One negative aspect was the lack of communication about a simultaneous wedding happening at the hotel, which led to disruptions and noise that affected the overall experience.

The hotel also had beautiful views of the surrounding area and offered a variety of tours, including a fantastic coffee tour.
The hotel could improve on their lunch options, as one reviewer found the meal lacking for the price paid.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and filling, with a wide range of options to choose from. The location was central and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which was great for exploring the area. One of the best things about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to offer tips on where to go and what to see.
Our room was small and cramped, with outdated decor and uncomfortable beds. Additionally, the pool was dirty and uninviting, and we found ourselves avoiding it altogether.

This hotel is simply luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the private facilities, everything caters to your needs. the staff is attentive and efficient. the swimming pool is magnificent, and the lounge area is exceptionally cozy. We enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant, especially the regional dishes.
The only minor issue was that the wifi was a bit slow, but we were told by the staff that they were already working on it.
